Woodside North

Homeowners Association

Overview

Woodside North is a PUD (Planned Unit Development) consisting of 55 units in 15 buildings built around shared grassy areas and three streets.  A chain link fence with a hedge delineates the perimeter and the area designated for the exclusive use of WNHA residents and guests.  The units are either two- or three-bedroom style occupied by single-family long-term residents.

WNHA was built in 1975 to provide homes for Alyeska personnel during construction of the Trans-Alaska pipeline. Recent renovations have enhanced the original plan and WNHA is now considered one of the most desirable “Planned Unit Developments” (PUD) in Fairbanks.  Note that we are NOT a condo association.

We look forward to meeting you and, as your neighbors, invite you to contact any board member with additional questions and suggestions.
